i need help with my list box

i have two tables: 1 has a list box that is pulling data from the other table
so if i need to change a name i can go to the list box to do so. the list of
names are there in my list box but when i choose a new name the entry is
blank. what am i doing wrong? why wont the names appear when i want to
change it from the list of choices. can you give me a step by step
instructions. my email is (e-mail address removed). thanks
 
I would recommend not entering data directly into the table but use a query
to feed a form that has the list box.
