I need help with Ease of access

I ran eoadisabler and then ran it to reenable ease of access but still get
ease of access has been disabled by your administrator. anyone know how I
can get eoa to work?
 
Your answer is in one of the other Vista groups where you posted this same
exact message.
 
Yea but the only thing I could come up with to fix eoadisabler's breaking
EOA was a sfc /scannow
