I have used my mail, now a popup to log in and to send messages keeps popping
up. I need some help.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email address,
we can help with that also.

It is a business acct. Google being the Domain and using windows mail to set
up the acct. I had used it before and for some reason I'm unable to do so. my
email is (e-mail address removed). Please help me.

I don't know why you say Google is the domain, that doesn't make sense.
If you are talking about aiah.org, that domain is hosted by GoDaddy.
If you want, I can fix you up with GoDaddy's email settings for aiah.org.

Otherwise, do you get an error message when you try to send or receive?
If so, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
