Where do I find it at?

Which account, your MSN one? If so, the username is simply your
email address, (e-mail address removed).

If we could tell you an easy way for you to get your user name and password
then it would be easy for anyone in the world to do so to. There is a reason
why you cannot (should not) be able to easily get your user name and
