i need help on my MSsetup (maple story downlode)

every time i try to run the MSsetup of maple story at the end it always
"do you wont to delite every thing in this file" and my options are yes
and cancel, when i press yes some thing pops up and downlodes but then
after when i press finish notin hapens no icon apers. and when i press
cancel notin hapens at all no icon to play man pleases help me!.
