I need help in setting up new email account

How do I set up a new email account in Windows mail? I don't understand what
to type in for the server names. I also need to delete some other email
accounts and have mail forwarded from those old accounts to my new account.
please send detailed insturctions on how to do this. I have a Windstream
email account, but don't know what to type in for the server names.

You don't create a new email account in Windows Mail. You configure Windows
Mail to access your existing email accounts.
