With a topic like this, using the search engine of your trust might lead
to better results. Usenet/forums for Microsoft Word deal with the
technical aspects of templates (how to achieve a desired result in this
application, maybe in contrast to another application), less with the
content.

And since your document is supposed to be legally sound, you probably
don't want to blindly trust any template you find online (where you
can't even be sure whether it's of any value in your jurisdiction). IOW,
I suggest seeing a lawyer of your trust.
