I need a report that will pull only one record

I have set up a database which keeps track of employees, workshops they have
taken, credits earned and trainers. I can pull reports that show all the
trainers and their workshops given, all the employees and the workshops taken
and credit totals. What my employer wants is a report that will pull only a
specified employee and list all workshops and credits for that employee only.
Can this be done?

Sure, just limit the records in your query. Either hard-code it to pull
only one emploiyee, or prompt the user with something like...


=[Enter Employee To Print]
