It converts Text fine, but it has a problem with my graphics. some are Gif,
some are jpg, and some are png.
it does not convert any of those. nor does it extract them.
I need it a bit more powerful than this.

I have the same problem. I use xpdf to extract the images.
They have to pasted back in with an html editor

I don't know of any freeware programme that does both jobs. Let us know if
you find one.

If your configuration does not allow you to use xpdf to extract images from
Acrobat files I would suggest PDF Explorer at
http://rtt.planetaclix.pt/home.htm
Not to be confused with PDFExplorer, which is shareware.
If you are in the US there is also

IIRC, HTMLDoc will convert PDF to html.

It's free/open source. The dollar amounts at the bottom are for support
contracts.

fair amount of editing to do.
It converts to txt not html.

No it does the inverse : HTML to PDF. It cannot do pdf to HTML.
