Marketer List

I am looking for a Access Template on a "lead list management tool" where I
can have a list of leads that all my marketers can see ans "pick up" and then
work on the lead and give information on the lead, follow up times, prospect,
closed, sold etc

If making modifications is not what you want to do, I can assist you. I
provide assistance with Access, Excel and Word applications for a
reasonable fee. I
could create a list management template for you for a modest fee.

Steve

These newsgroups are provided by Microsoft for FREE peer to peer support.
There are many highly qualified individuals who gladly help for free. Stevie
is not one of them, but he is the only one who just does not get the idea of
"FREE" support. He offers questionable results at unreasonable prices. If he
was any good, the "thousands" of people he claims to have helped would be
flooding him with work, but there appears to be drought and he needs to
grovel for work.

You seem incapable of understanding the nature of free peer-to-peer
newsgroups, but even you you must know by now that every time you troll for
work in this forum you will be shot down.

Your desperation is apparent to all. It is not a point in your favor.

Depending on your version of Access you may already have a template
that's pretty close to meeting your needs:

Open Access without having selected a file. It will offer you the
choice of opening an existing application or opening a *new* one.
Choose the *new* path and then browse the templates already available
to you on your system. Most likely you will find one named "Contact
Management". That will be close to what you want but probably not
perfect for your use. You can set it up and then extend it to your
purposes.

There are also templates on the Microsoft site. You can browse them,
choose, download and modify as above.

I have a CRM template on my site, it might be close to what you want. I
based it loosely off
the Microsoft CRM web package. It has Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities,
Activities (Tasks, Phone Calls, Faxes, Email, Letters, Appointments, Service
Activities) and Invoices.
Also security and some other nice features.

Depending on your definition of "lead":
Accounts/Contacts with a status of Suspect haven't bought anything
Accounts/Contacts with a status of "Prospect" are involved in an opportunity
Opportunities are tied to an Account and possibly a Contact at that account
Activities are tied to Accounts, Contacts and/or Opportunities

You can download a free eval and try it out,
It has a lot more substance (and code behind it) than the typical free
template and it's cheap,
At a minimum it's probably a good starting point,
