Well, you're making another mistake asking in a newsgroup for the
database program, Microsoft Access.
I'm afraid that if you are not able to understand your own skills and
abilities well enough to write a convincing letter on your own, then
it's unlikely that you'll make a good enough impression for anyone to
contract with you. Certainly a letter written by someone else will do
you far more harm than good if the recipient realizes that fact.
