I Need a Address Book on Office Server

Is it possible to setup a shared Outlook Address on a office server
where everyone can access and update it through Outlook 2003?
Something separate from the users personal address book but something
that would show up under the contact folder.
The mail server is not our servers, so I need something setup on
our office file server.
