I am printing with a black and white printer. On my spread sheet I hav
borders that are a lighter color and text that is a lighter color. Whe
I print, the borders print out lighter but the text is still as dark a
the black text. How can I make the lighter color print lighter

Try a different text colour. With only black ink to go at, each colour is
assigned a different grey level. I assume your text is sufficiently dark to
translate to (nearly) black.
