i lost my adminstrator pass word hoe do i retreve it

dear sir I am desperate I tried every combination of my used pass word and
am having no luck a computer repair person who wants' $50 to do it which I
don't have right now so I have to waited please advise sincerely James up

Is this an Access database password? If so is it user level security or
simple database file security?
