I lost all my email and contact infomation

I used "detect and repair" under 'help'

I had to 'restart' Outlook thru a wizard and now all my old emails,
calander, contact info is gone

How do i find the old info?!?
 
Do a search for *.pst. You might have just moved the original file somehow.
Or you might only have the option of importing the archive.pst file.
If you find the correct PST file (one dated today or possibly yesterday)
simply open file, import/export then import from another program or file,
personal folder file (pst), then browse to the for the "found" PST file.

also, do the reverse (export) to backup your PST. I do this at LEAST once a
month <wink,wink>
