i-lookup.com we-page nightmare in WIN98/IE6

Greg

I cannot get rid of a web-page called i-lookup.com from
being my home page. Have deleted cookies, deleted
history, deleted temp files, deleted temp internet files,
re-set home page to MSN.com in internet properties and no
matter what, it keeps coming back with tons of pop-ups for
porn and stuff that the kids may see. Any suggestions?
I'm almost ready to re-set the entire computer to day one
and start over. Thanks

Look at:
http://217.115.153.73/parasite/ for ILookup. (notice hpw many parasites
there are)

Get these:
Ad-aware home: http://www.lavasoftusa.com
SpyBot available from
http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/ and update the reference files
through their Online update function. Run them and select all items and
remove.
You may have to reboot and rerun a couple of times to completely remove
them.
Also run the Immunize function to
prevent these nasties from installing again.

Get SpywareBlaster to stop these nasties.
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
Update the reference file through the online update function.

Start with this page.
http://doxdesk.com/parasite/ILookup.html
I also recommend that you download and run one of the following.
Ad-Aware6:
http://lavasoft.element5.com/support/download/
or
Spybot - Search & Destroy -
http://security.kolla.de/index.php?lang=en&page=download
At last check the Ad-aware server was down so you may want to try getting
Ad-aware from
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?id=31

Hi,
You do not need to buy or download any software. Just
search for file "ineb.dll" and delete it. It fixed my.

YK & George have already correctly addressed the problem.
