I keep losing my emails?

I have outlook 07 on my desktop and labtop. Recently, when i send my account
an email only my desktop's outlook picks it up. I then have to hit
send/receive on my labtop to receive my message. However, when my labtop
gets the email, my desktop's outlook deletes it???? HELP?

You nee to set a polling time in Outlook. Don't know where this is in
07.....

However, when my labtop
gets the email, my desktop's outlook deletes it????

Deletes, as in moves the email to the Deleted items folder, or doesn't
download it at all?
