I keep getting the message A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?

I keep getting the message A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug? every time I go to a web page.
(most web pages,but not all.) I have searched the MS
knowledge base for hours and can't find anything.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this annoying thing?

I've even tried to contact support and they have no
Explorer option to choose to ask a question about.

Can anyone help?

Tools-Internet Options-Advanced.
Disable script debugging and script error notification.
