I created a form and used the maximum length option in each text field in
order to restrict the amount of text the user could insert. It worked, but
when I closed the document and reopened it, I can type as much as I want.
The max. length options are still in place. What happened? Is there a
better way to do this?

Thank you!!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?QW1hbmRhMjM0?=,

I get the feeling the document may no longer be protected as a form when you
close (or re-open) it? The restriction is only in effect in a protected
document.
