I hit the wrong buttom!

when closing office i hit the no key when I should have
hit the save key ,how do i recover my missing text.
please somebody help me! and give me step by step
directions, i don't understand the help feature ms
assistant, Like where is the "document recoverey task
pane at anyway?

When you hit the No button, Word didn't save anything, so there's nothing to
recover. Next time be more careful.
