I held down the shift key and now my keys don't work properly.

I held down my shift key and a message popped up about activating filter
keys. I accidentally clicked on the wrong option and now my keys aren't
working correctly. How do I get back to the original settings?
 
In Windows Control Panel, open the Accessibility Options. Disable all the
settings you have inadvertently enabled and also disable the shortcut keys
that enable them, and this won't happen again.
