I have Windows XP. How do I view a clarisworks file?

Try to open it with Word. If that does not help, ask the sender to resend
the attachment in an acceptable format.
 
Is there free reader software available? All I could find were sites that
wanted me to buy Clarisworks Suite. I just want to read an email attachment.
