I don't know how it has happened but at the bottom of my Folder List I have
two additional Personal Folders ( Outlook Today - [Personal Folders] ). They
are identical to my original PF in every way including content and mirror any
changes I make to this folder. I cannot seem to delete them or get rid of
them in any way. They don't appear to be causing any malfunction but they
are annoying - anyone any ideas?

Hello Oliver

I am a bit of a novice here but i don't fully understand your response or
the implications of it. I could follow the indstructions that you have
directed me to but I am completely unaware of the result of soing so. Could
you be so kind as to give me a bit more info, particularly around the
following:

I have never set up a profile? What is a profile? If I set up a new profile
will it retain all of my Outlook info (Contacts appts etc) and settings (lots
of automatic labeling rules set etc)? How do I delete the corrupt profiles
afterwards (If they still show then I amy as well leave it as it is)? Is
their any adverse affects of just leaving things as they are?

Thanks

When the article discusses creating a new PST, just reuse your current one.
