i have problems connecting to yahoo chat servers

i am using windows xp home edition when i try to connect to a chat server it
gives me a message that says my dhtml is not loading correctly (no voice
object) and then it gives me another one that says the same thing but it has
(no pop up object) behind it please help me i am lost here.i need to know how
to fix it.
