i have office 2003 but no frontpage

Office 2003 does not come with FP.

No, you can't copy it. You must install it from the original media (cd)
 
But you much first purchase it! But since you say you already have
Frontpage, what's with the subject line "Office 2003 but no Frontpage" ?

If you have the original disks, you *can* install it on a laptop and desktop
pc as long as you're the primary user of both machines and you don't use
them simultaneously. Read the EULA.
