It is a pain for me to log in and log out every time I want to check my
personal email and then my business email.
can I keep two accounts open at the same time, and how do I do it.

Your subject says "OE". That's Outlook Express. If you're using that, ask
in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general . If
you really mean outlook, you're going to have to add more information
because Outlook certainly supports multiple accounts withouth having to log
off and in again. Include your Outlook version and account type(s) when
posting.
