i have no help and support in my machine

Hello:
As the subject says the help and support center in my
computer has been unavailable for more than 3 months now.
Also, when I click help in the menu bar in other programs
such as IE, Word, Excel, the help window does not appear.
I am thinking this happened after using some registry
cleaner software.
I tried the following link without success

Hi Victor,

Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work: Go to Start/Run and type in:
helpctr -regserver and Start/Run/CMD: regsvr32 /u hhctrl.ocx.

Hi Victor,
I sent a request for this very topic last week. Ended up calling Microsoft
Tech Support. Add the full path to your help file (on my XP it is
c:\winnt\pchealth\helpctr\binaries) to your path statement in your
Environment Variables.
