I have no connection to outlook 2010

Hi everyone
I have problems sending/reciving messages on my new outlook 2010! Why Thomas!?
 
Not enough details provided to even guess.

What happens when you send/receive? Are there any error messages? If there
are, those error messages are the key to defining and resolving the problem.
What do they say, exactly?
