I have lost my question mark and apostrophe -help

While creating a WORD document my apostrophe and question mark turned into É
how do I get them back?????
 
Possibly because of IME (Input Method Editor)

Check keyboard settings from Control Panel>Reginiol and Language
Settings>Languages Tab> Click on "Details"> Remove installed keyboard if
there is any other keyboard other than English US

If you dont want to remove it, then you can simply toggle keyboard language
in word by LEFT ALT+SHIFT keys
