I have lost ability to send faxes from excel 2003 using addressboo

I have been using an addressbook in my excel 2003 this way:
I print to fax which then asks me the address required. Somewhere along the
line I no longer have a functioning addressbook that excel recognises. I
imported outlook express addresses (as csv) into outlook 2003 contacts but
somehow teh excel component of office 2003 doesn't recognise that there
exists.

Anyone have an answer.

I would suspect you would do better to post this in Outlook groups as it
appears to be an issue there, possibly with the many address books available
in Outlook (WAB, Contacts, Global, etc)
