I have Google Mail and I do not receive all emails into Outlook 20

My problems are that some e-mails go directly to Outlook and yet not in my
Google Mail folder and vice versa.

Looking for any help in this matter
 
It appears to be random. Most of my emails on this account are strickly
business oriented not personal or junk.

Web based email and pop3 email going to the same inbox ?? Or do they separate . As
an example only(i.e. Web into Gmail and pop3 into outlook)

POP3 account.

How are you accessing the "Google Mail folder" if not via Outlook?
