Upper and lower case letters please.

Open FrontPage, open the page where you want the picture to appear. Choose
Picture | From file. Browse to your picture, click on the file name and
click on Insert. Publish your site, it will upload.

Note: If your picture is large, Click on the image and hold down Ctrl and
press the letter T to create a thumbnail.
