I have Deleted a Folder in Outlook and I need to retrieve! HELP

THe folders on the left of the e-mail where you can save your e-mails to. I
have accidentially deleted one of these VERY IMPORTANT folders which contains
all of our employee personnel information for the last 8 years!!!
Any assistance at all will be greatly apprecitated. My I.T. guy said its
GONE...but somehow I believe there is a way to retrieve it.

If its Very Important you can recover using your backups, and since you are
a business you obviously have backups
Whether its retrievable might depend on you type of connection,
pop/exchange?
 
I will see if this is an option with our I.T. rep. I sure hope so.

you checked the deleted items folder and if using exchange, recover deleted
items? If it's really gone, the IT guy will need to recover it from backups.
