I have a windows xp pro in dutch, how to change it to english,

Hello my windows system is in dutch but i woul like to change it into
english, is this possible? if so, how, where can i download the program to do
this

You'll need to purchase a "Full English Version"
of Windows XP and perform a "clean install".

You can only replace it completely with a full new install.

Interface language packs are only for English XP Pro and require
corporate volume licenses.

Perhaps you could too, try to sell your dutch xp, then buy an english one.

If it's preinstalled then it's not an option. The license lives and dies
with that machine.
