I have a .Net application on a WePos environment getting a "Failed to load resources from resource file Please check your setup." This is a random bug that I cannot duplicate and I do not see anything reporting to the .NET collector to the exception logs nor do I see anything being reported to the EventViewer logs. Any ideas anyone???
