I have a folder on a share that is hidden and system when I run attrib

If I try to remove the hidden attribute (which is what I want to do) it
responds with an error that it is not resetting the system file .... if I
try to reset the system attribute it responds with and error that it is not
resetting the hidden file.

Help please. All I want to do is make the a "normal" folder that is not
hidden or system.
