Hi, i have a big problem, i have an "eye Q go 2000 digital camera",
but the last time, i buy a fresh batery but, the camera don't turn on,
i thought I had to clear the contact of batery but it didn't turn on
again, when i connect the camera to computer, and i installed the
controllers of go 2000, the usb don't recognice the device.

Please tell me how i could fix the problem or tell me if I have to put
it on crash.

For starters, exactly what does a digital camera have to do with Windows XP
Hardware? It's cheap camera and it's broke. If it won't even turn on, why
would you think your computer would recognize it? Toss it out, for what you
probably paid for it you could add a few bucks and get something decent.
Buy a camera from a company that at least has some name recognition.

Check that you used the right kind of battery.

It contains "useful" advice...where you're a one-trick pony.

There's nothing wrong with sending people to better help. It's the sign of a
smart technician. OTOH, sending them away because you think you are the
arbiter of what belongs here is a horse of a different color. (sorry it you
have to look that up)
