I have a 15 MB mail in my outbox and I need solution to delete it.

I have a 15 MB mail and I tried to set the server time set to long intervals.
The problem is not solved. IS there any way I would be able to delete it .

Use the webmail interface to your mailbox and delete it there.
Alternatively, and if your ISP provides a shell account for you, you
could telnet to the shell and use the 'mail' command (if that's what
they provide) to read and delete your messages. Or you can telnet into
the mail server and enter the POP3 commands yourself.
