I have 80 data,close together with maximum 12 and min. 1.37 and i.

I have 80 data,close together with maximum 12 and min. 1.37 and i want them
to plotted in x,y scatter with points, without the points colliding with each
other.
Could you please tell me how to do that?
 
If the points have sufficiently similar X and Y values, you cannot help but overlap
them, unless the markers you use are very small.
