I have 2 XPs installed in my PC. One is in my C: drive. The other one
was accidentally installed in G: drive. I want to remove the one in G:
drive. How do I do it? Can I simply delete all the system files in G:
drive? Will that do or is there some other method to do a clean
uninstall?

Thanks

If you have no important data on de G partition, I would format the G
partition. (Start windows from C drive. Start, Run, Cmd, Format G:)

Else, just delete the Windows folder on the G partition.

Yes, boot into the installation you want to keep, then delete the windows
files in the other installation. After that go to Start | Run | msconfig,
click ok. On the boot tab click on check all boot paths. It will find the
one that is no longer valid and offer to delete it.

1. Boot into WinXP on drive C:.
2. Rename G:\Windows to Windows.bad.
3. Wait a week.
4. If all is well, delete G:\Windows.bad.
5. Empty your Recycle Bin.
6. Click Start / Run / notepad c:\boot.ini {OK}.
7. Delete the line that refers to the unwanted installation.
