I have 2 simple Address Book questions:

1. Address book in Outlook: When I pull in the person the first line of the
address is repeated. However, when I look at the data in Outlook the address
is correct. Is there a way to fix the issue in Word or redo the Outlook
Contacts so this does not occur again?
2. Address Book in Excel: How do you create an address book using an excel
spreadsheet? I have the data in Excel and would like to use it from Excel.
I would also like to know how I should structure the data in Excel to avoid
the problem discussed in point 1 above.

Thanks for you help!

Suzanne: My question is about Word. The Outlook and Excel data are correct
and working fine. My questions are is how do I access these Address Books
from Word 2003 as an Address Book, i.e. Tools: Letters and Mailings: Letter
Wizard and then click the Address Book. The issue is that the data has extra
or redundant lines of text. Instead of:

John Doe
ABC Company
123 Your street
Anyplace, MN 98745

I get:
John Doe
ABC Company
ABC Company
123 Your street
Anyplace, MN 98745
Anyplace, MN 98745

I guess what I’m asking is there an easy fix for this or is there a way to
map the input fields a little different? If you can help me fix this I would
appreciate it!

Sorry. Obviously I read your post too quickly. Part of the issue can
probably be handled http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm (scroll down for
the bit about Outlook). You don't actually need the whole MacroButton thing,
just the information about creating the AddressLayout AutoText entry.
