I got trouble with worms, virus, trojans...

I got so much problem with the viruses Blaters, sobig and klez. I am using Norton Corporate Antivirus 7.x and I have been updating automatically., but now, i cant even update manually.
I m running those check tools provided by Symantec and they dont find any virus. When I was infected by the blater worm i have made right the way MIcrosoft explain how to take off the virus, but after a few days my server started sending information the whole day
I dont know what to do, I m getting mad about it, please help me
 
- Back up your data files
- Pop in your Win2000 CD
- Boot your machine from this CD
- Allow your disk to be formatted
- Install Win2000
- Install your applications
- Install a good virus scanner
- Keep the virus scanner up-tp-date
- Install a firewall
- Be very careful what you download & run from the Internet
- Restore your data.

You will have no more problems with viruses, worms or trojans.

Isolate the server from the network while you clean it from viruses. Maybe
by using a non ifected machine and mapping the server c drive then scanning
it as a mapped drive.

Once it is clean and updated, then reconnect to the network and allow the
server to rid the network drives of the viruses.

look at the symantec console and go and visit the client machines that don't
have the latest updates. You will have to repair these manually, possibly
by mapping the drives and scanning them. In some cases you will have to
reinstall norton after the drive is clean.;
