I get the message "not enought server storage is availabale to pro

I get the message "not enough server storage is available to process" trying
to access a share on a windows XP Pro machine from a windows 2000 server.
I have never see this message before and have not found any reference for it
any where as of yet

What dose it really mean?
Where is the problem?
What do I do to fix this?
