I get an OLE server error message when starting ACCESS 2003.

I just installed Service Pack 2 on WIN-XP pro - now I get the following error
msg:

"A problem occured while Microsoft Office Access was communicating with the
OLE server or ActiveX control."

"Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft Office Access.
Then try the origional operation again in Microsoft Office Access."

I do not know how to "close the OLE server" or how to restart it. Can
someone help me, please.
