i get a message when install xp sp1

i get the following message when insatlling windows xp
service pack 1 "Setup could not verify the integrity of
the file update.inf. Make sure that cryptographic service
is running on this computer". I make sure the the above
service is running on my pc
reply if u can to (e-mail address removed) or
(e-mail address removed)
