Log in as *any* account that is part of the Administrator GROUP and go to :
Start | Run | enter "Lusrmgr.msc" without the quotes, click "Users", then
right click on the Administrator account on the right pane of the window and
select "Set Password", enter the new password here.
Remember this password. Log off then log on as Administrator with your new
password.
