i.e.6 not opening page

I AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD ONE PAGE & its link is
http://164.100.9.245/iectrade/iectrade.htm and i would
like to submitt my deta online but the page is not
opening in my computer. when i click on it the blank
page appear with "done" message on bottom left side.

So anybody can help or tell me about settings or anyother
way to do the same. You can also try this on web side
www.nic.in./eximpol & log on it and click on IEC Returns

Got to Tools, Internet Options, Security. Click on Trusted
Sites icon. Click on Sites button. Uncheck require server
verification box. type www.nic.in under add this web site
and click Add. CLick Ok.
You should be ok now. Or you may have to temporarily set
your security to Low and then set it back to Medium which
is the default.
