I.E.6.0 /MY MSN Home Page will not load upon startup?

"MY MSN" Homepage will Not Load Properly as of the Jan
1,2004 when they changed the Design and Color of it? It
keeps looking for the Site and then a Blank Blue Screen
Appears and in the Left Lower Portion of the Browser it
says Done, But continue's Seraching for the Site then
after about 2-3 tries My MSN Home Page Appears? Can
anybody Tell Me Whats going on and How to Correct the
Problem? This is ver Annoying and Time consuming. I am
running Windows 98 SE.

Did you restore your internet options to the default levels and clear your history and your temp files? In the office, some of our intranet websites experience similar issues when the security tab's settings are not set at the default levels.
