i downloaded an attchment cant fill it in & send back

i downloaded an attachment from an e-mail that i receved, it was a
application form and i cant fill it in and send back the e-mail one is a pdf
file and the other is a doc what do i do?

Unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat or some other third party
software, you will not be able to fill out the .pdf document.
