I dont want windows mail as default

I am trying to be able to reply on Craigs list and I cannot figure out how to
set up my email I use Yahoo as my mail service. how do I do this what exactly
do I put in the blanks when asked for my pop3 and the other stmp Please help

If you have the "free" Yahoo mail in the USA, you cannot set it up in Windows Mail (or Outlook Express of XP users)
If you have Yahoo Plus ($$$) then check out Yahoo Mail for setup.

Is your Yahoo email account a free one? US-based free Yahoo
accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail handles POP mail but not webmail.
There are two possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
